Privacy - Shipping - Returns Policy
We do not provide your personal information to others. We use customer information only for the purposes of completing orders, contacting buyers to inform them of their order status and once in awhile we may send a promotional email. When an order ships directly from one of our suppliers, we provide them with the neccessary information but not the credit card information.
Shipping
All prices are FOB Big Bear Lake, CA. The additional price for shipping and handling per item is based on UPS ground in the US. For each item you will see a separate price for shipping and handling, such as $14.00 for shirts, $15.00 for pillows, $16.00 for blankets, etc..
On each product page you will see the price for shipping and handling which will be transferred to the shopping cart.
We prefer NOT to ship via the US Post Office because too many shipments are lost and the service at the Post Office itself is unsatisfactory.
For overseas shipments we will provide a separate quote.
Returns Policy
Before returning an item, you must contact us by email at sales@millcreek-trading.com or call 800-901-8723 to receive an authorization number.
If you have ordered the wrong size, please ship pre-paid, unused, with Authorization number and instructions and reason for exchange or credit together with a copy of the purchase receipt. This must occur within 30 days of the purchase date.
